HORIZON EUROPE
What’s Horizon Europe?
The objectives of the Horizon Europe Program;
1. To strengthen the European Union scientifically and technologically,
2. To enhance Europe's innovation capacity, competitiveness, and employment and to address societal priorities,
3. To maintain Europe's socioeconomic models and values.
The structure of the Horizon Europe Program is organized under three components that are similar to the structure of the Horizon 2020 Program. These three components are Excellence Science, Global Challenges and European Industrial Competitiveness, and Innovative Europe. The sub-programs are planned to be coherent and complementary with each other and other Union Programs. Open science and innovation concepts will be applied for the entire program.
