What’s Horizon Europe?

The objectives of the Horizon Europe Program;

1.     To strengthen the European Union scientifically and technologically,

2.     To enhance Europe's innovation capacity, competitiveness, and employment and to address societal priorities,

3.     To maintain Europe's socioeconomic models and values.

The structure of the Horizon Europe Program is organized under three components that are similar to the structure of the Horizon 2020 Program. These three components are Excellence Science, Global Challenges and European Industrial Competitiveness, and Innovative Europe. The sub-programs are planned to be coherent and complementary with each other and other Union Programs. Open science and innovation concepts will be applied for the entire program.

PWC Consulting Firm, which has reached an agreement regarding EU/Horizon Europe Project Support, provides services to our university in the following areas.

To benefit from grant supports and tax incentives, consultancy services will be provided to enable your university to participate as a coordinator or partner in consortia in applications under international R&D support programs (such as Horizon Europe, Eureka, Era-Net, Eurostars, etc.) as stated.

* Providing information within the scope of Horizon Europe and Era-Net programs,

* Organizing an initial meeting to determine the competencies,

* Investigation of the contents of open and to-be-opened calls within the scope of Horizon Europe and Era-Net,

* Providing regular information,

To enable our university to benefit from international R&D grant support, regular meetings/discussions will be held at our university to evaluate R&D project ideas and competencies in terms of their suitability for support and incentives, with the aim of assessing the consortium our university will join and update call titles.

In the event that the existence of consortia that have the potential to be included in our university is determined, providing communication with the said consortia and the officials of our university and providing support in the process of being included in the consortium.

 

Within the scope of Horizon Europe;

Checking the suitability of the technical, administrative, and budgetary information requested by the coordinating institution from our University and prepared by you in this context in the projects to be carried out jointly

 

Within the scope of ERA-Net;

Providing support in the process of maturing the project idea and making it suitable for the relevant call and having a partner if the institutions to take part in the project are missing
